We are among the top 25%

Sustainability is an important issue for us. Topics such as environmental impacts or social issues along the supply chain are also increasingly important for our partners. In order to share our sustainability performance with our customers we recently completed the EcoVadis questionnaire. 

 

EcoVadis is the biggest provider of sustainability ratings. Their evidence-based questionnaire focuses on the areas environment, labor and human rights, ethics, as well as sustainable procurement. These issues are divided into 21 sustainability criteria, covering issues such as: energy consumption and emissions of greenhouse gases, water, employee health and safety, social dialogue, diversity, corruption, and supplier social practices.

 

Hauff-Technik was awarded the silver medal in the rating, which is based on evidence provided by the company. We are therefore amongst the top 25% of companies rated by EcoVadis. We are excited about the good results, but we will not stop there. The EcoVadis results also provide us with ideas and potential for further improvements, which we will be putting into practice in the coming months.
